High Springs is growing also, but at a slower pace than Alachua. Perhaps this is because it is further from Gainesville than Alachua is. Nonetheless, High Springs is a great place to live and has one of the few remaining Hardee’s in this area.
Although, you may only see one listing featured in my blog under the High Springs tab, I can still show you any home that is listed for sale. I do not have the time to feature all listings in my blog, but I hope to give a sampling of what can be found in and around town.
