A BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

Hi Jocelyne,

My wife tells me that you are a true professional! And we thank you for that… Below please find link to website. I demand more and so should you! That is why when Building this home the underling goal was safety and low maintenance. This is a concrete block home. We began by installing a 20″ footer re-enforced with concrete and re-bar. The stem wall was poured solid with concrete as was each and every concrete cell wall (Normally corners and every four feet will be filled). The wall that separates the garage from the rest of the house was also built with block and poured solid as well. The straps that hold the trusses are 22″ inches long and wrap around the trusses to hold them down. The decking on the roof is 19/32 plywood for extra strength and durability. Other features include: Hook up for emergency generator, barn has 220 power and water, shut-off values, white metal roof, Blue board, ¾ in styro foam insulation and plaster instead of dry wall and more… I would be happy to discuss with you personally any of these details or other questions you may have. Get the details before you make your next purchase! And don’t settle for just any answer. It’s your home; castle and you should feel secure in it.
