This is number 8 in the top 10 goals checklist. Your goals must be realistic. Actually, dreaming big is not unrealistic, it is the time-frame you give yourself in achieving that goal that is unrealistic.
So go ahead and dream big, set yourself large goals, just be sure to allow ample time to achieve those goals.
Like I said in January, wanting to lose 150 pounds in two months is unrealistic not because of the amount of weight wanting to be lost, but because of the unrealistic time frame given to achieve that weight loss. Losing 150 pounds is a great goal, just be sure to allow at least one to one and a half years to achieve that goal.
